Ashley Inclima is a birth and bereavement doula with extensive experience supporting families across the full spectrum of pregnancy, birth, and loss. With a strong background in women’s health and perinatal care, Ashley brings a deeply informed, compassionate, and steady presence to families navigating both joyful and tender moments.
Much of Ashley’s work focuses on supporting families through pregnancy loss and pregnancy after loss. She is known for her ability to hold space with gentleness and clarity, helping families feel seen, supported, and informed as they move through grief and complex emotional landscapes. Her approach blends emotional care with practical guidance, ensuring families are never left to navigate these experiences alone.
In addition to supporting families directly, Ashley is deeply committed to education and mentorship. She works with doulas and medical professionals to strengthen compassionate, trauma-informed approaches to perinatal loss care, contributing to more supportive systems for families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
As a parent herself, Ashley brings a profound respect for pregnancy and birth into every aspect of her work. She is honoured to support families with care that is thoughtful, grounded, and rooted in dignity, connection, and trust as part of The Collaborative Doula Collective.

Anabelle - Birthworker & Business Strategist
Located in Nebraska
-
Anabelle is a birthworker and business strategist who supports doulas and birthworkers in building sustainable, values-aligned practices that honour both their work and their wellbeing. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that deeply meaningful care work also deserves structure, stability, and long-term sustainability.
After experiencing the loss of her own birth practice during a tender season of life, Anabelle shifted her focus toward supporting the people behind the care. That experience continues to inform her work, allowing her to meet birthworkers with empathy, honesty, and a clear-eyed understanding of the challenges of running a service-based, heart-led business.
Through her work, Anabelle helps birthworkers create systems, strategies, and offerings that reduce burnout while increasing clarity, capacity, and financial sustainability. She brings a thoughtful, practical lens to business development, supporting practitioners in moving from overwhelm toward confidence and intention.
Alongside one-on-one support and education, Anabelle is deeply committed to strengthening the future of birth work by advocating for accessible care, fair compensation, and sustainable business models. She is honoured to support The Collaborative Doula Collective by offering guidance that empowers doulas to build practices that are both impactful and sustainable.
