Placenta prints are a beautiful way to commemorate the incredible life-giving role of your placenta. Using either your placenta’s natural blood or optional food-grade dyes, we create artistic impressions that highlight the “Tree of Life” pattern within the veins and structure of your placenta. Each print is unique, serving as a lasting reminder of your pregnancy and birth journey.

Placenta powder and proof alcohol makes this have a long storage life. Used for postpartum periods and menopause.

This unique piece of a print of your placenta will be done on 8x10 watercolour paper, using good grade dyes (if wanted). 3-4+ prints provided, outline version upon request.*this add on service is for placenta encapsulation clients only, please see print stand alone service

Placenta Smoothie
16oz placenta smoothie, made with 1oz raw placenta immediately upon birth/pickup of placenta.Using your favourite fruits, vegetables and mixes to create a way for the benefits of the placenta to be ingested as soon as possible postpartum.

Janice Tadgell – Placenta Encapsulation Specialist
After experiencing a challenging postpartum journey with her first child, Janice discovered the value of placenta encapsulation during her second pregnancy. What started as a personal need quickly grew into a passion—she trained with IPPA (International Placenta & Postpartum Association) and now offers professional placenta encapsulation services, supported by her certifications in Bloodborne Pathogen and Food Safety training.
Janice’s placenta packages always include a postpartum visit, giving families not only the benefits of encapsulation but also compassionate, knowledgeable support during those early weeks. Drawing on her background as a birth and postpartum doula, she creates a non-judgmental, inclusive space where every birthing person feels cared for.
In addition to encapsulation, Janice offers guidance in newborn care, feeding options, babywearing, and cloth diapering—ensuring families have practical tools and confidence for their postpartum journey.
Coffee-loving, down-to-earth, and approachable, Janice is committed to making postpartum a more supported, empowering, and positive experience.
