Sometimes you don't need an entire mentorship package. You need a safe place to practise something before doing it with a client, or an opportunity to process something that's already happened.

Option A: The Consultation Practice Lab

Whether you're preparing for your first consultation, introducing a new service, or wanting to feel more comfortable talking about your pricing, we'll practise together.

We'll role-play a realistic client consultation, work through common questions, explore how you communicate your services, and discuss ways to feel more confident while still showing up as yourself.

Includes a pre-session questionnaire, 60-minute private session, individualized feedback, and practical next steps.

Option B: The Doula Debrief

Maybe you supported a challenging birth, navigated a difficult professional interaction, experienced a loss alongside a family, or found yourself questioning how you handled a particular situation.

This is a confidential, reflective mentorship space to talk through your experience, explore what came up for you, identify learning opportunities, and consider what support or next steps you may need.

You don't have to have all the answers. You don't even have to know exactly what you need to talk about.

Includes a pre-session questionnaire, 60-minute private debrief, and relevant follow-up resources or reflection prompts.

This is professional reflective support, not counselling, psychotherapy, clinical supervision, or crisis intervention. Client-identifying information should not be shared.
