Bonnie - Birth & Postpartum Doula
-

With over eight years of experience teaching yoga, Bonnie brings a calm, steady presence and a body-aware approach to her work, creating spaces where people feel supported, empowered, and at ease.
Her journey into birth work was shaped by her own experiences of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, including welcoming her two children through home births. These experiences continue to inform the way she supports families, guiding her to show up with patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the emotional and physical layers of birth and the postpartum period.
Bonnie offers hands-on comfort measures such as massage, acupressure, and grounding techniques, alongside emotional presence and intuitive support. She values the power of connection and believes that feeling safe, seen, and heard can profoundly shape a person’s birth and postpartum experience.
Outside of doula work, Bonnie is energized by movement, time outdoors, and meaningful connection. Whether practicing yoga or Pilates, exploring the seasons through outdoor activities, or sharing laughter, she brings a sense of balance and warmth into all that she does. Courtney - Full Spectrum Doula
-
Courtney is a doula and educator who has spent much of her life supporting families through periods of transition with care rooted in advocacy, connection, and deep respect for where each family is in their journey. Beginning her path into doula work at a young age, Courtney brings many years of lived experience supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting.
At the heart of Courtney’s work is a strong belief in community care. She holds that families and care providers alike are best supported within a village, and this belief has shaped the evolution of her work over time. After years of supporting families independently, Courtney expanded her vision to create more collaborative, sustainable models of care that offer families greater access to support while also nurturing those providing it.
Through her community-based initiatives, Courtney supports both families and fellow care providers by creating spaces for education, mentorship, and meaningful connection. Her work centres on collaboration over competition, mentorship over isolation, and building longer tables that invite shared growth and collective support.
Courtney is deeply honoured to walk alongside individuals and families through life’s many transitions. She brings gratitude, presence, and a steady commitment to care that is relational, inclusive, and grounded.
