The Collaborative Doula Conference
Our mission
The Collaborative Doula Conference aims to unite those who support individuals and families through all of life’s transitions—from birth to end-of-life and everything in between. By bringing together caregivers from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and experiences, we foster community, professional growth, and shared learning. Through open dialogue, education, and collaboration, we strive to build a stronger, more inclusive network of support that honours the full spectrum of care.

Designed for you

Last year’s attendees are saying...
“As a newer doula, I was really nervous about attending the Collaborative Doula Conference by myself. Walking into a room full of experienced birthworkers felt intimidating — but within minutes, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness that all those nerves melted away. The sense of belonging and community was immediate, and exactly what I was searching for. Every workshop, every conversation, every shared moment just kept affirming: this is why we do the work we do. Whether it was birth, postpartum, death, business, or personal growth, there was something (actually, many somethings) for everyone. The space was so thoughtfully created — not just for learning (though there was so much of that!), but for being seen, supported, and reminded that we’re not in this alone. Where I live, there isn’t really a local doula community, so to be in a space where everyone just got it, where everyone genuinely wanted to lift each other up, filled my cup in ways I can’t even explain. By the end of Day 1, I knew I was staying for every minute of every session. By Day 3, I didn’t want to leave. In fact, before I even left the venue, I had already bought my ticket for next year! If you’re a doula — new or seasoned — and you’ve been craving connection, growth, and a space that feels like coming home to your people, this is where you’ll find it.” -Faith Clark
