Postpartum care package of 25 hrs of care which includes;
1 prenatal meeting to plan your postpartum services
E-mail and text support throughout your pregnancy
Light house cleaning; tidying the home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.
Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting and soothing etc.
Lactation and feeding support
Maternal/Paternal self care check in
Return to work transition(s)
Investment $1000.00 +HST
Extra hours can be purchased for $40.00 an hour +HST on top of package
Minimum of 3 hour visits

Our postpartum doula services are designed to offer personalized care for new families, ensuring a smoother transition into life with your newborn. Whether you need a few hours of daytime support or extended assistance, we have flexible packages to meet your needs:
Single 4-hour Daytime Postpartum Shift: $160.00 +HST
100 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $3,900 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $39.00)
200 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $7,600 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $38.00)
300 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $11,100 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $37.00)

Overnight Doula Support Packages
Our overnight doula support is designed to give you the rest you need while ensuring your newborn is well cared for through the night. Enjoy peace of mind and restful sleep with our flexible overnight packages:
Single 8-hour Overnight Shift: $360.00 +HST (hourly rate of $45)
10 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $3,520 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $44)
20 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $6,880 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $43)
30 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $10,080 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $42)
Let our experienced doulas handle nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy your baby.

“First 48 Hours Home” Package
The first 48 hours home with your newborn are a special but often overwhelming time. Our “First 48 Hours Home” package provides continuous support to ensure you and your family feel nurtured and confident during this critical period.
Investment: $995 +HST (a savings of over $200!)
Let us help you navigate the first 48 hours with ease, so you can focus on bonding and recovering, knowing you have professional support by your side.

2 daytime doula shifts (6 hours each) to assist with newborn care, help you settle in, provide feeding support, and offer emotional and physical guidance. (Valued at $480)
2 overnight doula shifts (8 hours each) to allow you much-needed rest while we care for your baby through the night. (Valued at $810)
“First Day Home” Package
Bringing your baby home is a joyful yet overwhelming experience. Let us ease the transition with our special “First Day Home” package designed to give you and your family peace of mind during the critical first 24 hours.
Investment: $545 +HST (a savings of over $100!)

Your first week home with a new baby can be full of unexpected challenges and emotions. Our “First Week Home” package is designed to provide ongoing support to help you and your family adjust with ease and confidence.
Investment: $1600 +HST (a savings of over $300!)
