Last year’s attendees are saying...
“ I just wanted to say thank you so so much for putting that conference on. I don’t think I fully realized how much I needed that until I got there. I have been struggling far more than I was willing to admit and just being able to surround myself not only with people who get it, but with people who have the knowledge and passion to help move me through. It was exactly what my heart and soul needed! Thank you, you’re incredible.” - Andrea (In-person attendee)
“As a newer doula, I felt so seen and heard. I felt like “wow I do have some of these tools” the imposter syndrome lessened a lot. I’m just very grateful and cannot believe I could experience something so far but still so intimately! Forever keeping all of the great wisdom, advice, and encouragement as I continue into this second year!” - Mytala (Virtual attendee)
“As a first-time attendee, I could not have felt more welcomed or inspired! The Collaborative Doula Conference exceeded all of my expectations. The atmosphere was incredibly inclusive, the energy was grounding, and the sessions were packed with actionable, heart-centered knowledge. I walked away with both a deeper skillset and a renewed sense of purpose. It was the perfect introduction to this beautiful community, and I will absolutely be back next year!” - Rianne (In person attendee)

More Than a Conference Ticket
Your Conference ticket is more than admission to an event. It’s an invitation to learn, connect, collaborate, and become part of a growing community of professionals passionate about supporting individuals and families through every stage of life.
Your ticket includes access to the full in-person conference experience, with inspiring speakers, meaningful conversations, opportunities to learn and grow, and plenty of space to connect with others doing incredible work in their communities.
You’ll also receive access to our Conference Hub, an online community created to keep the connection going beyond the conference itself. Connect and chat with fellow attendees before you arrive, coordinate travel and accommodations, find a roommate or travel buddy, ask questions, share resources, and start building relationships before conference weekend even begins. After the conference, the Hub remains a space to continue conversations, stay connected, and carry the energy of the weekend forward.
Whether you’re a doula, healthcare provider, educator, therapist, social worker, lactation professional, funeral professional, bodyworker, student, or another community care provider, there is a place for you here. You’ll find opportunities to expand your knowledge, share your expertise, explore new perspectives, and build meaningful connections across professions and communities.
Come for the conference. Leave with knowledge, relationships, resources, and a community to hold onto.
Why attend?
Learn from Inspiring Speakers & Meaningful Conversations
Hear from respected leaders, experienced doulas, healthcare professionals, and changemakers who are shaping the future of birth, postpartum, reproductive, and end-of-life care. Through keynote presentations and engaging panel discussions, you'll gain fresh perspectives, evidence-informed knowledge, and real-world insights that will deepen your practice and inspire your work.
Interactive Workshops
Move beyond theory and into practice through hands-on workshops designed to build confidence, strengthen your skills, and expand your toolkit. Whether you're new to doula work or have years of experience, you'll leave with practical resources, techniques, and strategies you can immediately bring back to the families you support.
Build Your Village
One of the most meaningful parts of the conference happens between the sessions. Connect with doulas from across Canada and the United States, share experiences, exchange ideas, and create relationships that continue long after the conference ends. This is a community built on collaboration over competition, where every doula belongs.
Education Across the Full Spectrum
Our learning sessions reflect the diverse and evolving role of today's doula. Explore topics that span pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infant feeding, reproductive health, pregnancy and infant loss, grief, end-of-life care, trauma-informed practice, advocacy, business growth, cultural humility, Indigenous perspectives, and inclusive care. Every session is designed to help you better support families while continuing to grow as both a professional and a person.
Leave Inspired, Equipped & Connected
You'll return home with more than continuing education. You'll leave with new friendships, practical tools, renewed confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose. Whether you're just beginning your doula journey or have supported hundreds of families, you'll find encouragement, knowledge, and a community that reminds you why this work matters.
