WTF Lactation Class

Why W T F Lactation?

WTF Lactation is a comprehensive, inclusive class designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and critical thinking tools to navigate infant feeding with confidence, compassion, and nuance.
We do not teach “the right way” to feed a baby—instead, we provide nonjudgmental, evidence-based guidance that centers informed choice and acknowledges the larger systems that shape feeding journeys.

What you’ll learn:

  • Infant feeding methods and options

  • How to create a customized feeding plan

  • Lactation basics and physiology

  • Normal newborn behaviour and hunger cues

  • Common challenges and supportive tools

  • And more!
