What is a sibling doula?
A Sibling Doula is a specially trained professional—often rooted in birth or postpartum doula experience—who provides compassionate, on-call support for older children as they welcome a new sibling. Unlike a babysitter, a sibling doula brings birth awareness, emotional intelligence, and age-appropriate guidance, helping children transition through such a significant family moment with curiosity, connection, and comfort.

Gentle Intro Package
For families wanting a tender and gentle introduction.
One prenatal “playdate” visit (approx. 60 minutes) to build connection with your child and review routines, comfort items, and triggers.
Up to 12 hours of sibling care during labor and immediate postpartum—with toddler-safe play, comforting presence, and gentle explanations of what’s happening.
Why families love it: Simple, grounding support—perfect for easing transition and ensuring your child feels seen while you focus on birth.

Additional Packages
Gentle Transition Package
For those seeking deep, holistic support through birth and the first postpartum days.
Three prenatal sessions to warmly prepare siblings emotionally, introduce sibling-focused crafts/activities, and ensure connection.
Up to 24 hours of support—covering labor, birth, and early postpartum with the siblings. Includes optional assistance: snack prep, simple storytelling, or quiet connection.
Investment $1650 plus HST

2 daytime doula shifts (6 hours each) to assist with newborn care, help you settle in, provide feeding support, and offer emotional and physical guidance. (Valued at $480)
2 overnight doula shifts (8 hours each) to allow you much-needed rest while we care for your baby through the night. (Valued at $810)
Routine Support Package
For families who value consistency, reassurance, and preparedness.
Two prenatal visits, with flexibility for home or virtual connection, to prep your child emotionally and visually for what’s to come.
Up to 18 hours of sibling care, including on-call coverage and a backup doula ready to step in if needed.
Investment $1100.00 plus HST

1 overnight shift (8 hours) where a caring doula will provide restful support, so you can sleep, knowing your baby is in good hands. (Valued at $405)
A La Carte Add-Ons
Custom care to fill gaps as you need them—without over-committing.
Additional Hourly labour support: $45 per hour (Additional to above packages).
Extra prenatal playdates, sibling check-ins, or familiarity visits: $40 each.
Postpartum sibling visits: $45 per hour for creative transition activities or emotional check-ins.
This flexible model allows you to tailor support for your unique needs—especially useful for unexpected labor timing or extended travel plans.
Postpartum Support Package
Postpartum care package of 25 hrs of care which includes;
1 prenatal meeting to plan your postpartum services
E-mail and text support throughout your pregnancy
Light house cleaning; tidying the home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.
Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting and soothing etc.
Lactation and feeding support
Maternal/Paternal self care check in
Return to work transition(s)

Extra hours can be purchased for $40.00 an hour +HST on top of package

Single 4-hour Daytime Postpartum Shift: $160.00 +HST
100 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $3,900 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $39.00)
200 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $7,600 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $38.00)
300 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $11,100 +HST (discounted hourly rate of $37.00)
