Sleep Education & Consulting
What kind of sleep education is offered?
Sleep, like birth, isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s layered, emotional, biological… and deeply personal. That’s why we offer two distinct paths of support, so families can choose what feels aligned, sustainable, and supportive for them.
Attachment-Focused Sleep Education is rooted in connection, responsiveness, and understanding your child’s unique rhythms. This approach is not about “fixing” sleep, but about learning it. We explore what’s happening developmentally, emotionally, and physiologically, while offering gentle, realistic strategies that honour your child’s need for closeness and your need for rest. Think of it as being guided through sleep, not pushed through it.
Sleep Consulting (Sleep Training) offers a more structured, goal-oriented approach for families who are looking to create independent sleep habits. This path includes personalized plans, clear strategies, and step-by-step support to help shift sleep patterns in a more direct way. It’s designed for families who feel ready for change and want a roadmap to get there.
Neither approach is better than the other, only different. And both are held with the same care, respect, and commitment to supporting your family as a whole.

Sleep Foundations
The Sleep Foundations Call is designed for expectant families who want to feel informed, prepared, and confident about their baby’s sleep before they arrive.
Whether you’re feeling unsure about what’s normal, curious about sleep “regressions,” or hoping to build gentle, healthy sleep habits from the start, this session offers clarity and reassurance during a time that can feel full of unknowns.
We’ll begin with a short intake form so I can understand your priorities, questions, and any specific concerns. During our call, we’ll explore the science behind infant sleep, why babies sleep the way they do, how their sleep develops over time, and what you can realistically expect in the early weeks and months.
We’ll also walk through common changes in sleep often referred to as “regressions,” so you can recognize what’s happening and respond with confidence. You’ll learn how to spot signs that your baby’s sleep may be outside the range of typical, and when additional support might be helpful.
After our conversation, you’ll receive a summary of key takeaways and practical guidance you can revisit once your baby arrives.
